The Competitive Bid Process

Two and Twenty…

We have a number of micro-niche core offerings that are identified as Primary categories that will help Users get started.

Sell it Faster is one of these Primary Categories.

As we grow, anyone can submit their own “niche” as part of the expanding system. The underlying theme for some of these sites involves using the “Competitive Bid Process” (CBP). Think ebay, elance or freelance. Think complete control by the seller of the product. He or she can accept or reject the truth the market provides. Independent of appraisers, bankers, agents, and neighbors. This method just determines what the current pool of ready and willing buyers suggest its worth. The “able” part may be another matter.

Some Benefits:

  • Add value and service while reducing expenses
  • Use a CBP to help get objective criteria from the market
  • Utilize the internet to systematize the process
  • Allow Sellers to make up their own rules (but abide by Fair Housing Laws etc)
  • We have a basic generic framework to get sellers started; then modify it to meet your needs

 By The Numbers

Sell it Faster utilizes the Competitive Bid Process.

The CBP is not foolproof; nothing is.  If you have non-paying tenants living in an ugly house that is run down in an undesirable part of town and you owe twice what it’s worth to the bank, let’s be real.

There are many types of bidding processes. We want a natural one that is optimal and realistic for everyone. Too much frenzy and Buyer’s remorse will set in the following day. Not enough competition and the Buyer is in control.

After closing hundreds of transactions successfully through traditional sales methods, we believe in the Rule of Two and Twenty.

We need at least 20 showings to produce a minimum of 2 bidders.
