Experience matters. We have created subdivisions, built new homes, and renovated property in the Greater New Haven area since 1970. We have served on the state board of directors for the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and have witnessed numerous market cycles from boom to bust. Dennis has had a varied career including teaching grades k-12, coaching grade school, high school, and college athletics, and serving as Recreation director for the town of Woodbridge. He was also assistant golf professional at Laurel View Country Club in Hamden.

Team work: Work together, play together. Dennis and Ruth Ellen have been married since 1968, and have 2 married daughters, Jennifer and Allison. Ruth Ellen is the true “glue” behind the family, raising the girls and being supportive of all. She is a sophisticated investor who understands property inside and out including home design, construction, and interior design. Detail focused, results oriented.
